Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Weasel Estates. We wrote them to be read. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.

What Weasel Estates is, and is not

Weasel Estates is an organizer: a structured record of where your things live and who to call, with scoped sharing and, optionally, an AI layer that helps you keep it current and hands your family a sequenced plan. It is not a law firm and not legal advice. It does not create wills, trusts, or any legal document, and it does not replace your attorney. For legal decisions, see a professional.

The purchase

The organizer is a one-time purchase of $49.99. It is yours for life: all modules, 500 MB of storage, editing free forever, item-level sharing, and clean export. There is no recurring charge for the organizer and nothing to cancel. The optional WeaselDen AI tier is separate; every purchase includes a free 3-month trial of it.

The 30-day guarantee

If Weasel Estates is not for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we refund every cent. You keep any PDF you exported. Email hello@weaselden.ai.

Your record stays yours

Your record is never deleted for non-payment and never locked in. Reading and exporting stay free for life. You can delete individual records anytime, or ask us to delete your account and record entirely. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you notice and a full export of your record first.

What we ask of you

Keep your sign-in email secure, invite only people you trust, and use the release controls honestly. Do not put secrets in the record; it is built so you never need to. Do not misuse the service (abuse the AI, probe other people’s estates, or resell access). Sharing releases (for incapacity or death) are triggered by the release authority you designate; choose that person with care.

The AI layer

The AI extracts pointers from what you tell it and drafts your family’s plan. It is helpful, not infallible: review what it files, and treat the game plan as a well-prepared starting point, not professional advice. Free usage is metered; the trial and the WeaselDen tier lift the meter.

Liability, plainly

We run the service with care, encrypt your data, and log access. Still, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us. We are not liable for decisions made from the record’s contents, for what your invited people do with access you granted, or for events outside our control.
